French Car Parts will endeavour to deliver within 10 working days of order being correctly processed. Stocks are shipped from various warehouses based in United Kingdom. Please note that there can be delays due to stock shortages or huge demands of the products. You will however be notified should we not be able to make our 10 working day delivery target. All orders will be delivered by reputable UK couriers . The prices that have been listed on the ecommerce site are for delivery with no guarantee of a specific time. Should you require a specified delivery time we will be glad to quote. Delivery costs (P&P) are fixed at £9.00 per Part. (Only on new parts within mainland UK) Second hand parts vary in postage costs and are not the same price as new parts. Any orders that are not within the mainland UK areas please contact for a quote on postage costs before purchasing. Please call French Car Parts to get a more accurate delivery time, as different products vary in delivery time. All orders are sent out to customers with the couriers with a delivery time which can be anytime between 9am and 6pm next day Mon to Friday only (Up to ten working days) unless at time of purchase the customer has asked for a specific date and time, you should also contact us to get confirmation of your request from us by return email. Canceld orders.. After placing an order should you decide to cancel you must immediately contact us before 9am to 6pm the same day or 9am the next day so your parts may be stopped from being sent out with our couriers otherwise any courier costs incurred will be your full responsibility and payable in full. Please note that we do not have a weekend delivery service. All our parts are hand picked & checked & packed then sent out by recorded or signed for delivery, Note for your own interest and peace of mind all items must be checked at the time of delivery to make sure there is no damage before signing for them with the courier as once you have signed for them we will not be held responsible for any damage to parts after any signature is given by yourself or anyone on your behalf to recieve your part/s.
If the part/s are damaged please do not sign for them and ask the courier to return the damaged part/s back to the sender and then contact us by email or telephone.
Please note before purchasing any body panels that all couriers do not cover postal damage to car body panels under any circumstances please contact us beofre purchasing. You are welcome to arrange a courier of your own choice to come in and pick up your parts at your own cost, if you chose this option you will only be charged for the parts by us and not for postage but you will need to contact us before hand so this can be arranged.. All parts must be paid for in full before any courier of your choice can come in and collect the parts also your courier must check and sign for the parts to confirm they have received them undamaged and in perfect condition from our warehouse once the courier has signed on your behalf and takes the parts we are no longer liable for any damage to any of your parts.
Please kindly note that if there is no one in to accept the parts at the time of delivery to your address or otherwise specified address and the parts are returned with our couriers then you will be charged the full postage costs again for the part to be sent out a second time.
